What is the cancellation policy?​
At Heather Link Beauty, I value both your time and mine. To ensure that all clients have access to my services, I kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or missed within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.
I understand that life happens, and emergencies arise. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. This policy helps me provide timely service to all clients and maintain a positive experience at Heather Link Beauty.

What are Premium Booking Days?
I understand that sometimes, flexibility is essential for my clients. That’s why I’ve introduced Premium Booking Days on Tuesday's and Thursday's, typically my days off, to offer you added scheduling options. Please note that a 15% surcharge will apply to appointments on these days, reflecting the premium, personalized access to my services outside of regular hours.

Where is Heather Link Beauty Located?​
Heather Link Beauty is nestled inside Blendology Studio at 24W500 Maple Ave, Suite 105, in Naperville, IL. As a storefront unit, it offers a welcoming entrance, making it easy to spot and access. Located within Blendology Studio, the space combines a boutique salon feel with a chic and professional environment, providing a calm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside.
Amenities​
During your appointment, I offer a selection of refreshments to enhance your comfort. Enjoy a variety of beverages, including water, flavored sparkling water, coffee, and a selection of snacks. Free Wi-Fi is also available to keep you connected throughout your visit. Last but not least, a charging station so all of your devices can get a little reboot as well. Every detail is designed to make your experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
